Wyre Wrought Iron are specialists in the creation of quality bespoke metal railings for walls, gardens, public buildings, business premises and more.

As with our Gates, all our metal railings are made to measure and can be customised to suit your needs:

• Ornamental Railings - Our portfolio contains many different finishes and designs to choose from, a small selection of which are available on-line in our Photo Gallery. Or you can mix and match to create your own unique design. With dozens of features such as finials (spikes / railheads), roses, flowers, leaves, cage twists, barrels, scrolls and scalloped edged bars to choose from, you can be sure there's something to suit your property and budget. Plus, we can make Gates to match.
• Functional Railings - Or if you're looking for more basic functional railings for commercial premises, schools, offices, shops or public buildings, we can manufacture those too, along with safety features such as wire mesh in-fill.
• Security Railings - Wall-top railings extend the height of your wall and along with features such as finials, help prevent easy access to your property. We can also produce palisade fencing if greater security is required.
• Privacy - If you want to separate your personal space from the outside world and / or hide the contents of your premises, we can add galvanised sheet backing to your railings to provide required privacy. This can be powder coated if required.
• Powder Coated Railings - Railings can be powder-coated in a wide range of colours and finishes including gloss, matt and satin. Black, green, brown and burgundy are the most popular colours, but there are lots more to choose from. Or if colour is not required, they also look good in their original silver / grey galvanised metal finish.
• Hand Finished - Fine details such as gold, silver and bronze finishing are completed by hand.

Additionally, as well as improving the look of your home, metal railings are longer lasting and require less maintenance than wooden fencing.

Rust Free / 10 Year Guarantee

All our railings are galvanised to BS EN ISO 1461 standards to prevent future rusting and are covered by a 10 year guarantee. An important consideration with the salt air on the Fylde Coast.

The steel itself is galvanised by dipping it in molten zinc, meaning all parts of its surface are coated - inside, outside, awkward corners and narrow gaps which would be impossible to protect in any other way.

Powder Coating

Powder coating is a type of paint finish that is applied as a free flowing dry powder. The coating is applied electro statically and is then cured under heat to allow it to flow and form a "skin". It produces a high specification, hard wearing coating.
